So many times I can't start my Shadow. Now it starts and BSODs, I shut it down, it tries to start but gets nowhere. This is constant, why am I paying for a service that is always messing up?

BSOD are most of the time linked to something done/installed, it could even be linked to unsupported game installation (ex: Valorant (vanguard)), malware, incompatible driver/ VPN/Security Suit

you always have the option to factory reset to unlock situation from your user account
