Erm. Does Ctrl Alt Del bring up being able to open task manager?
With Shadow focused that is.

Okay, open it up and go to start new process and start explorer.exe
Should get the desktop back
I tried double clicking on the explorer.exe but it wouldn’t open an beside it, it says disabled

Within Task Manager, you want to Run new task and the task would be explorer.exe then click okay. Where are you double clicking explorer.exe?
I did that too and it didn’t do anything, soo I went another route and that’s where the double clicking came in.
The error code I am getting is L-104
Hi, follow this steps if you’re facing error L-104
Force the shutdown, wait 10 minutes, start it again
If it doesn’t work, force the shutdown, wait 10 minutes, start it using safe mode
If it doesn’t work, then force the shutdown, wait 10 minutes, go to Network settings, go to Advanced, then enable “Force IPV4” option
If none of them worked, then boot up Shadow, after it boots go to help section, click “Send Logs”, wait until a code appear, send that code to support with a detailed explanation
I have tried everything and even when I sign onto the PC with my cell phone it says something is wrong with my account. So when I go to see what’s the issue I don’t see anything.
