Today is a new obstacle. I have moved through every stage of the boot process only to arrive at an opened PC that has no windows features or operating applications but only shows a background.
Why isn't my Shadow PC booting fully with my desktop icons, windows access, and task bar?

It looks like it freezes up…
Try forcing the shutdown, wait 10 minutes, go to help section, click on safe mode button

did all of this, nothing fixed it so had to do a hard reser
