Whenever I logged onto shadows mobile app, it says that my pasword has expired and I need to reset it. However it's not for the shadow pc app, but the cloud pc that I was assigned is there a way to fix this? I need to know asap

Please see the following regarding Passwords and PINs:

Ready to go password Expired, Default Password and Workaround

If you used the Ready-To-Go setting when setting up your account, you may have an expired password notice approximately 1-3 months after activation. To resolve the issue leave the "Password" (first) field empty or blank, you'll be able to specify a new password or you can leave it blank.

Custom setup - PIN Code - Just a moment... screen

If you used the Custom setup and have a PIN code, you may encounter a "Just a moment..." screen. To resolve the issue, press ALT-TAB, select the PIN code screen from the Task Switcher and blindly type in your four digit pin, hit TAB, then confirm your four digit PIN, and hit ENTER.
