Hi I have been experiencing extreme packet losses around 6pm later using your service and its been happening recently. I ran speedtests outside of shadow to see if it was my connection but mine is consstent throughout the day and i live alone. Please is thre some troubleshooting you can help me with? This service is expensive and I purchased it only to play mortal kombat online and Im having major issues,

Probably network related. Overloaded ISPs can lead to packet losses.
