#Shadow not working great

Context - I've recently moved house. Got the same Internet plan as before I moved. I was using 5GHZ Wi-Fi and the router was further away than what it is now (see picture). I currently have the router in an extension socket rather than the master socket downstairs (which is somehow worse than the extension). Even with the router right beside the computer, it is running poorly. It stutters both sound and video and it is a pretty poor experience.

I realise that this probably isn't a Shadow problem itself, but given how much brains some of you have, I just need some suggestions to improve my experience so I can continue using Shadow, or will I have to drop it and finally get a new PC.

Some stuff I have researched myself

• I should relocate the master socket to where I am
• Use ethernet (I tried this and apparently my computer isn't picking up the fact the cable is plugged in)
• Updating a master socket will help increase speed (I need this verified)

If anyone has any suggestions, please leave them below. Pretty desperate. Router on left of screen, WiFi adapter on right of screen.

Hi, it looks like you’re having a ton of packet loss…
The solutions than help are using Ethernet connection, don’t having so much programs opened on your local PC and Shadow PC and reducing bandwidth
I think than if you connect to wired connection it will be more than enough to have a great experience
What issue gives you with Ethernet?

My PC just isn't picking up the fact the ethernet cable is plugged in. I'll have to try another ethernet cable if I get one, and if that doesn't work either, it means the port itself in the PC isn't working.

What’s it negotiating on your NIC? Gigabit? Or less?
