I would understand it if you guys have 1 or 2 issues in an month but in august and now september its like the 6th time or something that its not working correctly.
Not gonna lie, just do bugfixing no new features so people can actually use the VMs they pay for..

Sorry i dont wanna rant but its not nice if you pay for an service that is unrealiable..
Also again i love shadow but this is frustrating.

Yeah Shadow did used OVH before they got bought by OVH but man they tanked in quality ever since then.
