Corrupted OS

You can reset your shadow via https://eu.shadow.tech/account/, on the Shadow PC tab > "Manage my subscription" Note: This doesn't clear additional storage and your Shadow PC should be shutdown before resetting.

Hi, what do you see than makes you think than is corrupted?

I was given this information by game support from SCP SL its a common issue with shadow users were windows is unable to repair corrupted files due to the OS being corrupted.

Shadow uses a normal Windows installation and it’s really strange than it gets corrupted and also after resetting it it still be corrupted
I think is more a game issue than a Shadow issue

Can't be a game issue for the past 2 weeks game support has done everything they could to try and fix the issue there is nothing more they can do now

I can try and run it by them again and see if they messed up I'll keep you updated

they've tried everything they can its definitely not a game issue

its a Shadow specific issue even no other stream service users has had this problem

Okay, so then contact Shadow support about the issue so they can take a look of what is happening

All that support had to say about it was " to contact the developers and check if they have blocked streaming service users from the game" though its very clearly not the problem

There was a discord server I had to go through authorization to be able to play on servers though it never blocked me from launching the game itself

SCP secret laboratory and the servers I play on are modded but not the game itself

there was an issue with steam servers the day I got on to play SCP SL that could be what caused the issue
