#Shadow Launching, but not able to connect.

Error code: L-104 (session_registered) "Sorry, an issue happened when receiving the stream"

I followed the steps below the error msg and I continue to experience issues with launching. States that Shadow is ready but after some time has passed the L-104 error appears.

I navigated to the Error Code and Message Directory, and informed me to disable high effciency video coding, which I never had on. https://support.shadow.tech/hc/en-us/articles/4763938067356-Error-code-and-message-directory

Hi

Force the shutdown, wait 10 minutes, start it again
If it doesn’t work, force the shutdown, wait 10 minutes, start it using safe mode
If it doesn’t work, then force the shutdown, wait 10 minutes, go to Network settings, go to Advanced, then enable “Force IPV4” option
If none of them worked, then boot up Shadow, after it boots go to help section, click “Send Logs”, wait until a code appear, send that code to support with a detailed explanation
