Hello I haven’t had any sound with shadow tech since I had it a few weeks ago and I been going back and forward with customer service and they keep asking the same questions. My computer has sound but the shadow doesn’t. I’ve didn’t every step they asked !! I’m getting really disappointed

reinstall Nvidia GPU driver (custom and tick as a new install) and if you have a wired gamepad, make sure sound output is not set on it
