#Sudden Latency Issues

Hey all - reaching out to see if anyone has a similar problem.

Shadow worked great for me - no lag, smooth gameplay, perfect resolution, zero issues. I do have the Shadow Pro version, and everything seems to be fine up until two days ago.

Latency has been off the charts the past two days, ranging anywhere from 70's to the 500's. I thought it was a network issue, ran a few tests, download/upload speed hasn't changed. Then I switched routers, thinking it must've been a router issue - same thing, still latency running all over the place.

I'm running Shadow Pro on a M2 Macbook Air, hooked up to ethernet - was curious if anyone else was experiencing this and found a solution?

Okay, you’re having a lot of spikes on packet loss…
You’re using wired or wireless connection?
Also it looks like you have issues with the DNS resolvers of your network provider… Try using another DNS resolver such as Google DNS or Cloudflare DNS

Okay, I understand
Try reaching Shadow support, your issue sees a problem with datacenter connection to your local PC
