I factory reset my shadow and now it won’t even turn back on | Shadow (ENG) | Page 1

Hello! Like said above I factory reset my shadow but saved my files and now my shadow will no longer turn on and is stuck in a infinite loop of loading any help? It will stay on the screen like the imagine attach for an hour then go to connecting to shadow then your shadow needs more time and it shows my shadow then just doesn’t turn on and starts all over again

You can reset your shadow via https://eu.shadow.tech/account/, on the Shadow PC tab > "Manage my subscription" Note: This doesn't clear additional storage and your Shadow PC should be shutdown before resetting.
