It also depends if your credit card, support the other countries. I mean, Shadow double check, also your credit card, if it's all good. They could also denied it, because of it.

it is against the ToS ( Terms of Use/Service ) to purchase Shadow from an unsupported country, their ToS states that they COULD/CAN suspend your service.
