It was connected via Samsung dex to external monitor and I thought that's the issue

But yesterday I was just using my phone and the same message kept popping

I can really disable it

Once I plug off hdmi it just turns itself off

I'm a bit fed up with this issue to be honest

I've read on shadow website that it's better to run the app from the mobile not the dex and it actually helped on one session
