#Recent Latency Issues

Are there any known networking issues going on right now with the Portland data center? I've been experiencing a ping 4-5x higher than normal. This is both between my client and my Shadow PC, as well as outbound from my Shadow PC to 3rd party servers and games as well. Nothing has changed in my setup, which is wired gigabit(and has <5ms ping to other services).

I tried contacting the support through the website yesterday, but haven't heard anything at all from there.

Searching on this server, there seem to be several other people experiencing similar issues (eg. https://discord.com/channels/460948857304383488/1142242664650113064, #👋┃just-chat message, #👋┃just-chat message, #🌐┃web-app message, #👋┃just-chat message, etc...)

Yes, I've tried rebooting my PC, router, and shadow just in case.

I've been experiencing the same issues with latency on the Portland server for a about a week now. Competitive gaming is impossible with the ~110 ms latency.

Kinda the same logging in for SoCal, I get such lag with my Mouse and Keyboard it's so slow plus it seems like USB Forwarding is not working via Shadow Ghost

Yeah for some reason the Sacramento servers are latency heavy idk why

Really?? You are a lot closer though I'm in SoCal and the latency with mouse is pretty bad tbh

Yeah, latency is still bad for some reason, hope they fix it soon.

That explains it. We all having the same issue.

If you scroll down from the part in the picutre, those issues are about 'Black/Ghost Screen', it doesn't seem to indicate anything related to network latency.

I recent latency issue started on the 16th of August which ngl, kinda obv.
