What do you mean by no reply from support? You didn't get confirmation of the ticket being opened?
If you got the confirmation then it's a matter of just waiting, sometimes it can take longer if support loads are high, but they will get to your ticket.
If you didn't get confirmation, had you changed your Shadow account email address at any point?
And what's stopping you from resetting?
