Where are you located?
I’m in Oklahoma, and it’s connecting to California im pretty sure, which is also where my billing address is.
Might be the closest? But I’m getting 80ms latency
If I'm in good in USA states, Oklahoma is near Texas, so, the nearest datacenter is Dallas, which don't have Power Upgrade hardware, because it's the only datacenter that don't have water cooling system.
You could try to do a speedtest on that datacenter
