after a bit tried switching to the beta but it kept saying update failed, so i tried switching back to official and now they both say it, how to do get it to update to the beta version?

I have had this issue for more than a week and a half. Restarting it and repairing just do not work

Several? I assume via your account webpage, did you get automated email reply that the ticket opened?

Yes. I did. So finally what i had to do was go from the web shadow pc and reset it altogether
