so im on the regular power upgrade i would like to try upgrade to power plus it tells me to contact customer suppoer for it but when i did that they told me thats not what is supposed to happen and i should see something about upgrading what am i supposed to see and what should i actuially be doing?

The option to upgrade should appear under your Plan, if not there then there's no stock for your datacentre. Just keep checking back

Yesterday I upgraded to the power plus and I think I did it when there was no stock because it took me a while to decide but nothing happened since I did get the email confirmation but I still have acces to the power base rig
Is everything ok will I still get the power upgrade?
