My screen has been stuck like this for a day now i dont know what to do
i think its an update but its taking for ever please help

That’s the bootloader. Contact Shadow support for a bootloader repair.

The bootloader, well, loads the boot partition for your Shadow. Put in a ticket and wait for a reply.
