I already have power upgrade but when I login on my account it says "The switch to the shadow pc+ offer will be available by 31/7/2023". What is this? I am already on the power upgrade. Is this something new? Do I need to do something now?

Power + is the new default power, it comes with 512GB C Drive and 28GB RAM. for 5 more per month. Usually you'd see upgrade option underneath your plan. But I guess they're currently out of that "spec" and you'll need to check back for restocks if you wanted it, if not just stay on what you've got.

ah thats nice! i will check back because seems interesting. you get a full reset of your system i guess? so lose all files?

A reset is meant to be triggered due to the change in System drive size, but it's not always the case and some people have managed to just extend the volume.
