I was on shadow and it crashed , now I’m not able to launch it again it’s stuck on “updating” and installing components. I tried switching official / beta , uninstall / reinstall , set to 5 mbp/s and set speed to reliability …I even tried to factory reset shadow and I had an error message so I can’t even do that ?! Is this known issue and is there a fix ?
And installing component 158 out of 11 ?! What the hell is wrong

Hi, force the shutdown, wait 10-20 minutes, start it again

I cant force the shutdown cause it’s already off
Shadow said they did a video maintenance to help with my issue , but it still does ent work

Only thing to do would be to reply to support that still persists.
