I can't boot up. The bar stays at 55 - 65 percent. I have done all the updates and yesterday it was working perfectly. When I want to perform a troubleshooting it also fails. It does not get the computer to shut down. Is this a known problem and how can I fix it?

Thanks in advance,
Anton

And you say the shutdown doesn’t work? Is it automatically reconnecting and doesn’t change to Shadow is off?

I took a quick look in my task manager and saw that shadow was somehow open 3 times and I think there was an error there. Afterwards I also got the message that something went wrong during the update. Then tried to restart with the same result as before that I get to see the black loading screen of the PC

Ah.. Seems your windows has gone all kaput. Okay soo... Quickest most nuclear solution will be to get it shutdown via the help panel and go reset.

Options to fix would be.

Click back, go to help panel, shutdown, wait till says Shadow is off, if it auto connects issue shutdown till it goes off might take 2-3 attempts.. Once off close app and wait 20 mins.

If the same screen appears repeat the above.

If still persistent, then reset is only option - Wipes C Drive, D is left.
