What issue are you having with it? It’s not forwarding (ticking) you get a usb malfunction error in windows?

That error generally occurs when latency is too high for usb forwarding. 30ms+

Speed is pretty irrelevant, latency is mostly about distance.

Only if the vpn server is very close to you and has better routing than your isp. Majority of the time it’s worse.

Oh, well not much you can do then.. You can trial and error vpns but might not help. Shadow won’t look to see if better routing is available as not a supported region.
