I first joined Shadow back on 9/11/2021 and never had any issue running the app on the my work laptop, I had to stop using it for a while due to a change in circumstances but I thought I would sign back up again last night. I noticed that it has changed from black to blue and I reset my subscription up again and tried to log in but got the error code A-599 so I downloaded the new app but I get Entry Point Missing when trying to run the app. also I did get charged twice when setting up and support sadly still has not come back to me and we are going on 18 hours since contact.
Does anyone know a work around so I can get the shadow app working and usable at all on the laptop?
