The first problem I want to address is the microphone not being picked up by the Shadow PC. I am using a Chromebook, which runs on Android, and I have tried everything within my knowledge to rectify this issue. I have reset the stream multiple times, checked the microphone settings, and ensured that the microphone is functioning correctly. However, the problem persists, preventing me from engaging in voice communication during my gaming sessions or any other activities that require a microphone. It is important to note that I am not using a USB microphone; I am relying on the internal microphone of my Chromebook.
The second issue I want to bring to your attention is related to RedM, a game similar to FiveM. Occasionally, during gameplay, the entire PC becomes unresponsive and inaccessible, similar to the experience of turning on a VPN on Shadow. When this occurs, I am left with no choice but to wait for approximately 16 minutes for the system to shut down due to inactivity. It is incredibly frustrating to encounter this problem repeatedly, as it disrupts my gaming experience and wastes a significant amount of time. Attempting to resolve the issue through the help menu within the Shadow PC app has proven to be futile.
Considering the recurring nature of these problems and their impact on my overall satisfaction with Shadow PC, I kindly request your immediate attention and support in resolving them.
