Also it happens when you connect it wired, wireless or both?

I can close this! i uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers! and it seems to have fixed the issue

Try to delete manifest on Shadow :
C:\Program Files\Blade Group\ShadowInstallerClone\current_manifest.
Then close shadow and open it back.
