Keyboard Shortcuts Not Working

So for starters I have shadow on my laptop, I have an external keyboard and mouse that I use and have no issues with them over the years, I recently encountered and issue that doesn't let me use any of the shadow overlay hotkeys ( Win + Alt + F, Win + Alt + R, Win + Alt + O, Etc), and space won't register while pressing any other keys; everything works fine on my laptops keyboard, but not my external keyboard, any help would be super appreciated!

Yeah everything works locally, except if I hold a key down and press space, space won't register
