It's a hateful bug, you need to contact Shadow support that surely they'll answer that.
Is doing that to me too, waht do i do?

As I know the call, it is almost always with the pre-recorded voice. That's why Shadow support answered this.
Exactly, you don't need to buy. It's a bug on their hand. If you still problems about it, you need to contact Shadow team, and ask them.
And for "do you have activation key" question, you say yes, and if they say how many, you need to answer 0. It's all written above.

So I called the Windows support number and they guided me to the settings to change my product key. But I don't know what my product key is. Please don't tell me to follow the instructions I've already did that.
What number did you put when they asked how many activations this key had ?
I've never been asked
They just asked me if I had an activation key, I said yes, then they guided me to the settings
0 is not an available option if I say no they ask me the error message I get when I try to activate windows.
I am bruteforcing this process at this point
It's an automated service, no one should be guiding through anything, well persea.
Just the steps given in the screenshot, give installation ID, when asked how many activations say 0.
The problem is that I've never been asked either of the two questions

Never even asked me that.. It asked if i had the key or not.. With went through and put me though to a call centre but then that just never happened. Tried it witouot the key entered the Instalation Id and got told its not in there records..

This usually happens to me every time I repurchase a shadow, but this time, it’s saying there’s no product key. Has this happened to anyone else?

It's probably doing this because they were hacked and gave out all our information and our banking information and all other stuff the message I got from Shadow PC
Read that email again. It's not all your banking information. Also keys have been an issue for a bit now. Way before the leak happened.
Well if that's the case then fix it for people simple as that you guys created the virtual thing trying to make people jump through hoops on their end to fix it and it should be your guys's on your end
"We" are volunteer Discord moderators, not Shadow Staff. Which is why Ak said to go back to support with the fact it's not working. But on another post of theirs, they have an error code which mostly points to Windows system integrity issues.
But yes, Shadow need to find a permanent solution to this issue.

When you open a ticket with them, you get an automated email reply that the ticket is opened, then you wait for a reply.
Yeah they answered me back told me to do those steps and call that number but when you do those steps and it's supposed to show number so you can call toll free number it doesn't show up the only thing that shows up is the enter a product key thing
They just haven't answered me back and I told them about this That's what I mean sorry for the misunderstanding there

This is meant to be the screen it shows. So that's very strange and first time I've seen this. Hopefully they can solve it. They likely haven't got back to you cause they're conversing with the relevant teams.

Resetting should fix it or could be fixed via inputting "SFC /Scannow" into command prompt as admin
I did all that Even tried putting in those free product keys that didn't even work
I think Reset would be the only solution then, seems something went wrong during the set up

Only Shadow can help then, if 24hr passes without a reply from them, reply to the ticket asking for an update.
I just been messing around with the time zones on here last time it wouldn't even let me operate the shadow PC unless the time zone was turned off on my device so I'm checking all the time zones on there to see which will go through

Seems more people are having this issue, I'm wondering if Shadow actually ran out of Windows keys.
I have this issue as well with my Shadow, no product key found, therefore can't activate.
@warped mulch Yes i ran it as an admin in the CMD prompt, wont even open it.
So.. back n forth with shadow support & had me try a few things, i even told them to reset the machine and that didn't help. Even with a fresh install, trying to run slui 4 in the prompt, it fails to open. Half tempted to just buy a key and use it but i shouldn't have to.
now it has been escalated to dev support..
Have no idea what causes the whole slui 4 not opening. Cause strangely even on my local machines (which are both activated) it opens on one and not the other.

I just got an email back from them and they told me to restart my computer since they cleared out a few licenses.
Now my Windows is activated. slui 4 worked after they did that.

Nope, only yours ( region/country ).
If you're unable to do, you also could contact Shadow Support via your account, that you have this problem.
This workaround is still did by them.
Keep it mind, Shadow support don't work anymore during weekends, so only from Monday to Friday.

Sure, another way, of this odious bug, is to contact Shadow Support via your account. That they'll start to re-answer the users from next Monday.

My sound is not working on this new upgrade of service. I play on Second Life now the sound is not working also need help on the weekends they are not available. Funny the cheaper version worked better without any issue versus the upgraded one.

i tried this methode a year ago or so and then it worked. Now it doesnt. When i call the number i get a test first to enter the correct numbers they are saying. I am sure i enter it correctly, but microsoft always says its incorrect

There's always the option to Reset completely the Virtual machine
You can reset your shadow via https://eu.shadow.tech/account/, on the Shadow PC tab > "Manage my subscription"
Note: This doesn't clear additional storage and your Shadow PC should be shutdown before resetting.

I know how to do it without buying a key it’s glitched you gotta click on something but i can’t even get in shadow so i can’t even say what it is

I cant activate. They do a security test to enter the 3 numbers they say and its always wrong but i am sure i enter the 3 numbers correctly. Do you need to do something special for this test? Like press # ?

You receive a notification that your Windows is not activated on your Shadow? Please send logs to support, open a ticket via the support system and mention the log code displayed. Support will respond by sending you a Microsoft hotline number that you should call.
IMPORTANT: Support MUST find out about it via a ticket. Otherwise no one will be helped here. So please send a ticket to support beforehand anyway.
Find the installation ID in advance using the command
slmgr.vbs /dlv
in a command prompt (cmd).
Call the Windows activation hotline and then answer the questions as follows:

Type in the installation ID

so i tried calling again and finally i got to the part with the installation id. Now its activated!! Maybe there should be a guide on how to answer the many questions because for me it was not always clear what to answer
