Issue a shutdown via the Help Panel (?) once says Shadow is off, close the app for 30 minutes. If it keeps trying to auto-reconnect keep issuing shutdown as it might take 2-3 attempts.
If issue persists contact support, or completely reset depends what's best for you. (reset will wipe the C Drive but not additional storage)

The app won't close, for some reason. I've been trying to shut it down for an hour now, but it gets stuck on closing Shadow. I'll just reset the C Drive, that's no problem for me. Thanks for the help!
