How do i format my shadow

I cant get the shadow to start I keep getting two error codes on restarts one is the "l104" error and then the other one is that shadow is unable to update my mic controllers and keyboard and it gives me two options to continue or restart and when I click contine it takes a while to load and then kicks me out and gives me the "l-104" at this point I would rather just format the thing and in the past I would be able to do it manually

You can reset your shadow via https://eu.shadow.tech/account/, on the Shadow PC tab > "Manage my subscription" Note: This doesn't clear additional storage and your Shadow PC should be shutdown before resetting.
