Im trying to log into my shadow and it says the following
Your password expired and must be changed

Both my Microsoft and my Shadow password are updated and everytime i put either in, It says its not correct, pls help

If you used the Ready-To-Go setting when setting up your account, you may have an expired password notice approximately 1-3 months after activation. To resolve the issue leave the "Password" (first) field empty or blank, you'll be able to specify a new password or you can leave all three fields blank.
