Hey, so my clips on GTA are ultra smooth, the, FPS is fine but ultimately the game feels like 5-10 FPS, I also play with low latency

Are u using windows 11 or windows 10?

De-activate V-sync if you have it on, I don't suggest using that not even on a local pc lol

And go to Nvidia control panel and change the max frame rate

Adjust the fps to the max rate your monitor can handle

#

Try that and come back to tell if it works, there's a last step after that
