Problem installing the 22H2 update.

Good, my shadow is having a problem in the update 22H2 to install, is downloaded and asks to restart to install it, but never installs and so on. I have contacted the support, but the solution in a factory reset . Is there no alternative? is that this would be my 2 time I would have to do it and install everything again.

You tried to restart the machine and click on the option when shutdown of “Restart and update” instead than “Restart”

I have used the option to restart and update and even shut down and restart. But the update does not apply and keeps appearing.

Try updating it manually, in internet there are tutorials of how to do it

Ok, good idea. I'm going to give it a try before doing a factory reset.

Apparently I was able to act after having done it manually. Thank you very much, I did not feel like doing a factory restart again.
