So it says your shadow windows is not activated anymore or something? Changing your mic would be within the quick menu. Seems unrelated but who knows. Issue a shutdown of the shadow windows, leave it for 10mins and try again if issues persist open a ticket with support.
I have shut my computer down multiple of times so I will probably just will contact support, also sorry for replying to you in general
When you say shutdown you mean the shadow machine yes? And did you leave it for at least 10 mins?
