#USB peripherals setting not popping up

Hi, if you're in PC open quick menu, then go to USB and then select the peripherial than you want to pass to Shadow
There is literally no peripheral option for me
you need to enable it and install the drivers before you connect so go to main shadow menu before you connect to your shadow pc and enable passthrough install the drivers then you will be able to select
My drivers are installed as well
Did you have any luck with this as mine is exactly the same!! I just want to use my mouse and keyboard properly!
Mouse and keyboard work natively and can't be transfered with this feature.
Any keyboard connected to your Mac will function on Shadow. I'm using a Logitech K850 on my MBA M1.
Yeah so it looked like I have played around with the key bindings on the mac settings once I restored them it seems to be working fine
I have the same issue, only my webcam shows as a peripheral. My USB Ethernet is not detected. However, Virtualhere does pick it up and pass it through. However, I am unable to find any reason for Shadow to not detect it.
This is done on purpose.
Network adapters will not be forwardable using ShadowUSB.
When did this change? There are numerous guides using Shadow to forward USB ethernet so this was not always the case.
Not that it is a huge issue, I am using Zerotier and Virtualhere to accomplish the same. Just would be convenient to have it all in one.
This is weird, it wasn't possible when they used Eltima, and it's still not possible now they use their own solution.
I don't remember a time it was possible.
And I'm a 6 years user.
Well the guides are very vague about it, "virtual here (if you need it if usb forwarding does not work for your shadow client)."
Not an issue I am trying to solve though. I am using Virtualhere for USB passthrough. Apart from random drops due to Zerotier for some reason it appears to work just fine.
