it was running good earlier now im stuck like this wont load in after restart or shut down.

What's the last things you installed ?

Did you try.to access BIOS / use safe mode ?

A VPN maybe ?

The last thing I did was a step by step video to improve my fivem playing on gta and I can’t use shadow unless I turn vpns off . Not sure what’s BIOS is or if I turned on safe mode

One of the steps might have broken your Shadow then.

#

You might have to factory reset your Shadow.
