Hi all,

Till today my headphones were working using the headphone jack, but today there are not working anymore.

I tested without launching shadow and then they work, so it's not faulty.

How can I fix this?

On what kind of device are you using Shadow ?

Sound goes through the laptop then ?

Yes, but when I plug in the headphone I hear nothing at all, so it's registering that it's plugged in, but can't hear it

And when closing shadow and trying to use it it works

Shadow uses whatever your system default audio output is.

Make sure that it’s going to your headphones and not something else like an HDMI connected device, SPDIF, etc.
