I bought an extra 1 tb of storage and it isnt there, its been about 3 hours.

Did you completely shut your Shadow down then start it again ?

this is the first time i bought extra storage and yes i even shut off my actual laptop too

Don't. Your laptop is out of the equation.

On Shadow, Right click on the windows logo on the task bar > disk management.

Could you post a screenshot of this please ?
