this has happened to different sites before, apparently my ip is high risk [ireland] and needs authentication. I go to the shadow.tech/shop site and it just loads forever. not sure if there's supposed to be a redirect but its not working

It's actually working.

There's a country check. Ireland isn't a supported country.

strange, i used to always be able to make a shadow subscription by just setting the location on the website to uk

Shadow doesn't want users from unsupported countries.

I generally advise to contact support after 12 hours without activation.
