Hello everyone, my Shadow PC just got activated and I'm really struggling with a big delay and bad resolution. I have 100mbit (speedtests prove that i have 90+mbit connection) and still my shadow only gets like 5 mbit max. The Wifi connection here is really good, I'm right next to the router and its running on a 5GHz connection. Does anyone know what is causing this? I turned all other devices using this Wifi off, it has to be something else

You should try in direct ethernet.
This is the best diagnostic method.

Germany, unfortunately I don't have the possibility to use Ethernet

Then restart your router.
Prefer 5 GHz.
Change the wifi channel in your router settings.
And ask support if you're in a European Shadow datacenter.

The packet loss.. it seems to be the cause of latency?

More likely latency and losses have the same cause.
