Then you need to use the Shadow beta x64 launcher, downloadable from the bottom of the Shadow apps download page on the Shadow website.

It worked but every time I enable my hard drive everything just says not responding, but when I disable it Immediately everything goes back to normal

Hard drive forwarding needs a lot of bandwidth and minimum latency.

For file transfer, you're better off using cloud services like Onedrive, Google Drive or Shadow Drive, for example.

The Reason I Use My Hard Drive Is For Games Because It is a 1 TB

You can't use an external hard drive to pay games on.

It's not Shadow limiting anything.

It's just that the experience is horrible. Write and read speeds are limited by your connection and Shadow's.
