I am getting these weird lag spikes that seem to almost be oscillating, rapidly alternating between sub-50ms latency and 500ms+ latency, resulting in my games being genuinely unplayable. The latency is fine for about a minute or so after restarting my Shadow, but quickly begins having the spikes and as far as I can tell does not stop having them, although I have yet to leave it running with the lag for more than a few minutes.
And of course, as soon as I switch back to my Shadow from my local desktop, the latency graph shows a smooth sub-50ms for the past couple minutes while I was typing that last post.

Update: it's back to oscillating again. Anyone have any idea what might be going on? It's not on my end, as my connection to other things isn't having any issues.

is your bandwidth on automatic?
if so, try lowering it manually
