Happened multiple times now. Heavily considering getting rid of my shadow. Which is a shame, given I have (and use daily!) the power upgrade.

Did you factory reset your Shadow recently ?

I’ve tried a reinstall, turning shadow off through the ? tab, tried leaving app closed for half an hour, tried leaving it updating for over an hour. Nothing seems to work!

You should think about the factory reset, especially if you have this error frequently.

From your user panel, "manage my Shadow" .

Thanks. Not something I can do right now as I’ll lose a bit of data. But thank you. Hopefully this loop will fix itself.

Do you own Extra Storage / are those said Files on the Extra Storage?

If so, they won't be affected by a Factory Reset.
