shadow kicked me out of my stream, made me relaunch the application, then told me to "restart my subscription" when i already paid for the power upgrade the 28th of last month, are they trying to double charge me here? like what is going on, im getting ready to put in a ticket but i know its going to take them atleast 6+hours to even read and then give me a generic response. any help here?
