I tried every method there is. I turned it off for 30 minutes I also switched to beta. Turned off windows updates ANNND Restarted my pc... Now I basically tried everything and I'm just stuck at this point

So I'm on hold rn. I don't have geforce on my computer. Does that have anything to do with it I also have windows 11

Windows 11 on your local computer ? No link.
Same for GeForce anything on your computer. You don't have to have a Nvidia GPU to run Shadow.

I'm having a different problem now. I was told by support to factory reset my shadow and that's what I was trying to do. Now it just says "There was an error when trying to reset your PC, please try again later or contact support."
Is there any way to fix this or should I just contact shadow support again?

Try to shut your shadow down, before launching the factory reset.
Use the shutdown button on the upper right of the launcher's help tab and wait at least 10 minutes.
