I remember that being a configuration you might end up getting if your lucky instead of the Q P5000 and Intel Xeon.

Is that still a thing / Does that still happen?

I remember it preforming not much worse than the PU imo, ofcourse ram is lower but overall for 30 bucks a month that was a good tier if you had the luck and got the hardware assigned.

i got the rtx 4000 but still the xeon as a base tier its been doing me ok not great but fine enough

I've had the RTX 4000 Base tier in the past aswell, but paired with a AMD EPYC 7513 i believe it was

For 30 euro's, that was a really good config though.

They are probably still active this hardware on Base tier expecially on Frankfurt Datacenter.
