My client is a Mac Mini M1, my monitor is a LG UltraWide 49WL95C-W 49" , the resolution is 5120 x 2880.

I only have 1080P and when I go to NVIDIA settings the option to add a custom screen resolution is greyed out

Affichage > Changer la resolution > Personaliser

also inside the shadow client app, my monitor is detected as Goldstar Company LG HDR DQHD, 192X1080

make sure also to tick H265/HEVC, this resolution can only be used using this codec, you may also try Shadow Alpha launcher to make sure it's fixed or not yet...

so their is a fic

#

custom set it to 4K if you can on the video and sdisplay section

you will have to turn off always match your display resolution to do that
