Every start Windows updates get to 90%+ and then fails and has to undo the changes - I've suspended all updates and this has done mothing to prevent this crap.
When checking the history it says the update is not compatible with the system.

I think posting this jinxed it as it logged in fine for the first time in ages. 😄
It was the 'We're almost there' message that I usually saw.
These were the last successful updates.
I had to turn the updates back on to get the one that's queued and fails.
