For all still looking for a fix for the “starting shadow” issue where it wont connect and it’ll say “shadow is off” on pc and on mobile you get a endless “starting shadow” loop and still no resolve even after resetting your VM and having maintenance performed multiple times doing all the tests and sending logs/diagnostic data. I think you should consider canceling your sub and possibly re-subing if you want to start over Im going to spare you guys and lyk nothing they do will work. Been almost 2 weeks. They will run in laps trying to solve your issue till they go back to square one. It’s so much easier to just get a whole new set of tech, because it’s most likely damaged, bugged beyond regular repair.
